Showing the images above and expecting them to have any sort of impact is not feasible without quantifying the scale of the area they were taken in. Every image was taken on a stretch of bank no longer than 150 yards and less than four yards wide. The intent also was not to photograph every single piece of rubbish but as an estimate what you can see here is only 1/50th of what actually adorned the area. It also has to be considered that the river runs right to the Atlantic and by the evening of these photos being taken most of the rubbish will be in the ocean carrying the pollution further.
