Catalogued here are my notes and research while I try to understand A.I. and the impact it is going to have on work.
These are not of a technical manner as I am not a programmer, rather a person who works on how to implement technology into a workplace. My remit has always been to look at the actual use of a product in a work environment rather than the ideal set out by a product owner. I want to know the nuances, the subtle ways a system or tool can change someones working practices for the better.

I appreciate I am not the first to begin researching this topic and will certainly not be the last but in writting my own efforts down you may save some time and also create chance for further exploration and discussion.
The definition of AI adopted by OECD countries –
“An AI system is a machine-based system that, for explicit or implicit objectives, infers, from the input it receives, how to generate outputs such as predictions, content, recommendations, or decisions that can influence physical or virtual environments. Different AI systems vary in their levels of autonomy and adaptiveness after deployment.”
